With her show On the Couch with Koel, Koel Purie Rinchet has become a household name, captivating audiences through her insightful interviews with A-listers and even Presidents. Now, she steps into the world of literature, making her authorial debut with "Clearly Invisible In Paris". The much-anticipated book launch in Mumbai yesterday celebrated this exciting new chapter in Koel's multi-faceted career. Suhana Khan attended the event for Koel Purie's debut novel launch to discuss the book. Along with Suhana, Gauri Khan joined the launch and many other friends of Koel joined for the big launch.
In a candid conversation, Suhana revealed her favourite part of the book. “There is a line in the book which says 'Biryani brings people together' and I love Biryani,” she said. She said that she loved the line so much that she wants it printed on a T-shirt.
"Clearly Invisible In Paris" is published by the house of best sellers, Rupa Publications. The Novel takes us into the lives of four women sharing an apartment block in the city of Paris. As their stories unfold, the book beautifully illustrates how their friendship becomes a pillar of support in challenging moments. It's a heartening tale that showcases the strength of connections during tough times, making it a relatable read for those who have ever felt like a stranger in a busy cityscape.
