Koffee With Karan Season 7 is candidly taking viewers a step closer to the secrets of celebrities week after week. In its eleventh episode, the conversations turned steamy as Anil Kapoor and Varun Dhawan had conversations about marriage, relationships and competition in the industry. In the episode, Karan made a rare statement about his relationship status and that he broke up with someone.
When Karan tried to bring up the topic of infidelity in marriage, Varun Dhawan asked KJo what is the "reason he is so attracted to the theme of infidelity." Karan replied, "I am interested in human behaviour in general." Varun then asked Karan if he was ever cheated on in a relationship, Karan revealed he broke up with someone and that Dhawan was very "supportive" of the relationship. While the filmmaker has often refrained from talking about his personal life, Varun Dhawan asked, "You are saying you are not in a relationship, on National TV right now?" To which, KJo responded by saying, "You know I am not and you know I broke up. You know I broke up and you were very supportive in that relationship. Thank you very much, but I broke up."
