On entering the show the actress said, "I was in the right frame of mind and I was also free to take up this long commitment of various months. So, I was quite fine, I didn't have to give a second thought to it this time. This is the 4th or the 5th time Bigg Boss has approached me to be a part of the show. So, I was fine with the show and said yes."

She also talked about what importance Bigg Boss carries in her professional as well as personal life. The 28-year-old actress said, "Everybody's definition of success is different. For some Bigg Boss is the ultimate thing where they always wanted to be. For me, it's not like that. Bigg Boss is in my journey but the ultimate thing for me is my work. Like, I wanna do films and currently I'm doing a Tamil film.  I also want to enter Bollywood and have been reading a lot of scripts. I'm just waiting for the right script to come my way and sign up for the project. That is my ultimate aim and not Bigg Boss so, I'm more excited about that. Although I'm happy that I'm a part of Bigg Boss this year as I'm mentally stable and I can do it this year, Earlier, I was very busy with my work."

She added, "Eventually what I want to do is up to me. The future doesn't depend upon Bigg Boss. After Bigg Boss, I'm gonna struggle hard for what I want to achieve in my life. On a personal level, it's a lifetime experience, there are very less people who are kept in that situation and people want to watch them. it is exciting and at the same time weird as well. life would be very different after those 4 months. It is very amusing for me to know how life and the world will be after getting cut off from the world for 4 months."

Lastly, she talked about the challenges she is gonna face in the house and revealed, "I can not survive without good food as I'm a big-time foodie. I don't eat much but then I want everything a little bit. So, I'll not be getting coconut water first thing in the morning and also I'm gluten and lactose intolerant. So, I don't know how challenging will it be for me to survive there."
