Salman Khan’s upcoming release Radhe-Your Most Wanted Bhai has been long anticipated. Despite the surge in coronavirus cases in India, Salman Khan decided to keep his promise to his fans of releasing the film on Eid. However, due to the pandemic situation, very few theatres across the globe will have Radhe screened. Rest can watch the film on ZEE5 when it releases on May 13.
Salman Khan during a recent virtual interview said that he does not want people to gather in theatres for private screenings and contribute to the corona cases. Sharing a message for fans who have booked theatres for his film, he said, “There is a lot of buzz and I have also heard that some fans have booked theatres on their own. I don’t think it’s a good thing because it should not be that they go and watch Radhe and corona number surges there. I don’t want to be a part of that. I can only help in this Corona thing by doing what I do. I don’t want to add to this situation.”
“I also hate one thing, that a lot of people have a new profession of making money out of somebody’s misery. There was a time when no one charged for a bottle of water and today, they are charging for oxygen. I hate them. If money can save a life and you have that, you would rather do that than take money from someone who does not even have that. It just upsets me when I hear such things. So many good people are doing so much and their money is reaching people,” he added.
